GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS (GTC)
Terms of use of the TheSEX.cz web interface
1. Basic provisions
The TheSEX.cz web interface (hereinafter referred to as the "web interface") serves to present services offered by registered users (hereinafter referred to as the "advertisers").
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") govern the rights and obligations of the web interface operator, advertisers and web interface users.
By using the web interface, the user confirms that he has read and agrees to these terms and conditions.
2. Legal framework
The rights and obligations of the contracting parties are governed by these GTC and the instructions published on the web interface.
In matters not regulated by these GTC, legal relations are governed by the applicable legal regulations of the Czech Republic, in particular Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code.
3. Legal relations between the user and the advertiser
If the user responds to a presentation of services published on the web interface, a contractual relationship arises exclusively between the user and the advertiser.
Operator:
is not a contracting party to this relationship,
is not responsible for fulfilling the advertiser's obligations,
does not interfere with the content of contracts concluded between the advertiser and the user.
4. Age restriction
The web interface is intended exclusively for persons over 18 years of age.
By registering, the user confirms that:
is over 18 years old,
agrees to these GTC,
is fully self-sufficient.
5. Protection of personal data
The processing of personal data is regulated by a separate document, the Privacy Policy, available on the web interface.

7. Registration and user account
7.1 Registration is required to use the functions of the web interface.
7.2 The advertiser is obliged to provide true, current and complete information.
7.3 The advertiser is obliged to protect access data from misuse.
7.4 The operator is entitled to require verification of the advertiser's identity.
7.5 If false information is found, the account may be cancelled without compensation.
8. Reimbursement system and service price list

9. Payment terms
9.1 Payments are made cashless (bank transfer / QR code).
9.2 Mandatory data for payment identification:
Variable symbol – system-generated code
Specific symbol – advertiser's phone number
9.3 Payment is due within 7 days.
9.4 In case of non-payment:
the profile remains visible,
contact details and messages are deactivated,
Full functionality will be restored after payment is credited.
10. Invoicing
The tax document is issued after the payment is credited and made available in the user account or sent by email.
11. Conditions for placing advertisements
11.1 The advertisement must be truthful, legal and in accordance with good morals.
11.2 Responsibility for content
The advertiser is responsible for:
legality,
truthfulness,
permission to use all content (texts, photos, videos, contact information).
The advertiser declares that it has the consent of the persons concerned to publish their personal data and images.
11.3 Prohibition of publishing third party data without consent
It is prohibited to publish photos, videos or contact information of third parties without their express consent.
Violation is considered a serious violation of the GTC.
11.4 Third-party advertising
An advertiser may only publish an advertisement relating to a third party if:
has the demonstrable consent of this person,
is authorized to act on its behalf,
has consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with legal regulations.
11.5 Reporting content
Anyone can report content that violates rights or laws.
The operator is entitled to temporarily de-publish the advertisement during the verification period.
12. Advertisement Removal
The operator is entitled to remove advertisements that violate:
General Terms and Conditions,
Code of Ethics,
legal regulations.
13. Complaints
A complaint can be made within 6 months in the following cases:
technical system errors,
publication delay after payment.
14. Operator's liability
The operator is not responsible for:
damage caused by third parties,
service outages,
Profile restriction in case of non-payment of fees.
15. Service provision period
Services are provided for a period of 30 days and are renewed after payment for the next period.
16. Consumer information
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days if the service has not started.
The advertiser agrees to commence performance immediately after payment.
17. Processing of personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR. The phone number is also used as a specific payment symbol.
18. Final provisions
These GTC are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
Valid and effective from 01. 02. 2026.
These websites may contain nudity and sexuality and are intended for an adult audience.
Access to the site is only possible for those aged 18 and over.
